My journey in Muay Thai began in 2018 with a White-Collar fight after just 6 months of training. Recognized for my strategic, patient style and hard-hitting strikes, I remained undefeated, training alongside some of the country's best fighters.
I have taught Muay Thai at Gymbox, coached a White-Collar Fight Season, and have been Personal Training since June 2020. I am excited to offer group classes in our new boutique studio in Walthamstow Village.
I have experience as an Actuarial Analyst for a FTSE 100 company having achieved a Distinction in my Postgraduate Diploma.


What is Muay Thai ?

Muay Thai is a Martial Art and Combat sport that originated in Thailand. It is often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” because it utilised fist techniques, kicking techniques, elbow techniques and knee strikes. Muay Thai is known for its emphasis on powerful striking techniques and clinch work.
It is widely practiced both as a competitive sport and as a form of self-defence and fitness training.
